Most people have thier roof and gutters cleaned at least once or twice a year. We recommend a cleaning in late fall/early winter and another late winter/early spring. This approach makes sure that your gutters are working properly for the winter and spring rains. We recommend having us add more moss killer with each gutter/roof cleaning for an additional $50. Save $50 by having us perform another service like window cleaning at the same time!

How much does it cost to have the moss removed from my roof?
$299 is our base rate for our moss service. Our rates go up from there depending on many variables. Some include the size of your roof, the amount and kind of debris, moss and access.
Do I need to be home?
Since we are working on the outside of your home you do not need to be home. We just ask that you put your dog inside for the day so we don’t have any issues. For your convience we accept payment by mail or online via a link in your emailed invoice.
