To improve roof drainage by removing clogs and debris from gutters, downspouts, and valleys. Roof Cleaning also includes removing tree debris from the field.

Process

Gutters are hand cleaned.
Tree debris removed from roof.
Debris is disposed of.
Yard is blown clear of any debris.

Repairs

Downspouts are re-attached.
Loose gutter nails hammered in.

We can also clean the algae and dirt off of the facia or front of your gutters. Starts at just $149.

How often should my gutters be cleaned?

Most people have thier roof and gutters cleaned at least once or twice a year. We recommend a cleaning in late fall/early winter and another late winter/early spring. This approach makes sure that your gutters are working properly for the winter and spring rains. Save $50 by having us perform another service like window cleaning at the same time!

How much does it cost to get my gutters cleaned?

$149 is our base rate for any of our services. Our rates go up from there depending on many variables. Some include the size of your roof, the amount and kind of debris, and access.

Do I need to be home?

Since we are working on the outside of your home you do not need to be home. We just ask that you put your dog inside for the day so we don’t have any issues. For your convience we accept payment by mail or online via a link in your emailed invoice.

Our Holiday Lighting services are affordable and practical. We take pride in the satisfaction our clients take in our Holiday Lighting display service throughout the Seattle area.

Our Holiday Lighting service includes design, installation, take-down and preperation for storage.

    * Typically we require that you provide the Holiday Lights, cords, clips, timers, hardware and accessories.
    * We are flexible. We just require that all strands of lights are fully functional.
    * We will hang traditional or LED lights. Sorry but no icicles.
    * We can outline roofs, windows, shrubs, paths, beds, driveways and more
    * We wrap columns, tree trunks and canopies

Commercial – Business Lighting
Each holiday lighting installation is custom-tailored to the geography, topography, and building architecture of retail stores, restaurants, hotels, country clubs, resort locations, wineries and large commercial facilities & shopping centers on a case by case bases.

We use timers and dimmers that automate outdoor holiday lighting so holiday events and visiting business partners can enjoy the lights as a self-sustaining aesthetic that requires no visible staff to control.

We understand that there are those companies that have very large budgets for Christmas Lighting & Holiday Lighting, though we believe in a cautionary approach to investing a fortune for this yearly tradition. We mainly use low voltage, energy saving Holiday Lights, as well as creative design techniques to reduce cost, yet provide the same solutions.

How We Start
Based on your personal style and taste we will design and provide a free estimate for your home or business. The first year, you purchase your Christmas decorations and supplies, which can be purchased through us. We will schedule your installation when it’s convenient for you, based on availability. The decorations will remain up through the holidays and we will be back to remove and prepare for storage immediately after the holidays. Our estimate includes the cost of removal. The purchased product is yours to keep and subsequent years you pay for installation and removal only.
